Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility

2. Milestone-Based Refunds
Projects are structured around defined milestones. If a project is terminated before a milestone is completed, a partial refund may be issued for the uncompleted portion. Milestones already approved and paid are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. Refunds will be calculated based on work completed up to the cancellation date. A cancellation fee of 15% may apply to cover administrative costs.
4. Cancellation by pixelphrasepro
In the unlikely event we cancel a project, you will receive a full refund for any prepaid, undelivered services within 14 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registration fees, third-party software licenses, and已完成的设计稿 (completed design drafts) are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Dispute Resolution
Refund disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation in Barcelona, Spain.

Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access credentials. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may extend project timelines proportionally.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments incur a 2% monthly fee. Services may be suspended for overdue payments exceeding 30 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
pixelphrasepro's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for 2 years.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is permitted for material breach of terms. Upon termination, all completed work is delivered to the client.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
10. Modifications
pixelphrasepro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
